Does parking include shuttle services?

No but there are several options for taxi/shuttle service. Try our parking guide to get a list of all the available taxis/shuttles in the area.

If I want to meet up with friends and they’re all arriving at different times, what do I do?

You’re free to stay at our parking lot and wait however long you need to for your group to arrive. We have an on-site portable toilet and trash can. Also, food and essentials are a short walk away

If I want to purchase parking for just the show, what do I do?

Due to quantity and demand, we only offer advanced reservations on our weekend package parking. After each night of the show, we will lower our parking pass price by $25 to accommodate anyone who wants to park for less than the entire weekend. Please note: in the past we have sold out before having a chance to make that change.

If I arrive a day late, is my spot still secure?

Definitely. No matter what day/time you decide to arrive, your spot will be waiting for you.

Can I access my parking spot after I initially leave?

Absolutely! You can come and go anytime you’d like as many times as you’d like. We are open 24 hours

Can I return my parking pass?

Due to high demand and limited quantity, we do not offer refunds. Please ensure your plans are set carefully before making a purchase.

If I purchase the weekend pass but only park for one or two days, can I get a refund on the difference?

Unfortunately, your weekend pass is a package deal and cannot be prorated. If you are interested in parking for a smaller duration than the full weekend pass, please check our website at midnight following the first night of the event and we will lower our prices by $25 each night until the end of the event. Please note: we only offer this option if we have any remaining spots left.

Can you explain the process of parking at your lot?

Once you arrive at our parking lot, you will see our entrance gate and the pin pad.

Pull up to the pin pad and enter your gate code given to you via e-mail. Please call or text us at 509-906-7169 in case you’ve lost or can’t find your code

Pull in to our gate and find any open spot that is available.

Feel free to stay in our lot as long as you need to and use the portable restroom/trash can if you need it.

Upon exit, use our pedestrian gate located near the portable restroom

What is travel like on concert dates?

Traffic is horrible on concert days. Please leave early to assure you get to your destination. If you take a shuttle, book your ride early.

How will I know when parking passes go on sale?

You can follow us on social media (buttons on top and bottom of all pages) or you can stay tuned to our website which will make any needed change around 6AM (give or take a few minutes)
