GW Secure Parking Rules and Regulations
- You MUST pay for parking before entering. Violators will be towed.
- Please do not give out your code for security purposes. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
- We are not responsible for your personal possessions. Please secure your personal belongings responsibly.
- We are not responsible if any damage occurs to your vehicle
- No use of drugs or alcohol
- Do not drive impaired
- No inappropriate behavior of any kind
- No sleeping allowed in vehicles.
- You must have a valid Drivers license.
- All vehicles must vacate the parking lot at check-out. Purchase another day of parking if you don’t want to get towed.
- No excessive noise
- Drive slowly (5mph)
- We kindly ask you not to litter
- Do not climb the fence
- If entering/exiting on foot, we kindly ask that you use our pedestrian gate located next to our entrance/exit gates.

Parking any Personal Property with Radiance Development LLC DBA GW Secure Parking
GW Secure Parking, its owners, employees, and affiliates, shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur to your property whatsoever while it is parked on our personal property. GW Secure Parking, its owners, employees, and affiliates, shall not be held responsible or liable for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur to your vehicle/property while you are dropping off or picking up your vehicle. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your vehicle/property is adequately insured against any potential risks, damages, or losses that may occur while parked on our private property. You must maintain valid insurance coverage throughout the duration of your parking agreement.
You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless GW Secure Parking, Radiance Development LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to the use of our parking services. GW Secure Parking reserves the right to refuse service, terminate agreements, or relocate parked vehicles/property at its sole discretion and without prior notice. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and parking rules while utilizing our services. Any violation may result in immediate termination of your parking agreement without refund.
By parking your vehicle/property at GW Secure Parking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, and that you accept all associated risks and responsibilities. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington.”

Sweepstakes Rules
GW Secure Parking Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligibility:
This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Washington State who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Radiance Development LLC DBA GW Secure Parking, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies, legal advisors, immediate family members, and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
Sweepstakes Period
The sweepstakes period will depend on the specific prize being offered. Each sweepstakes will begin and end on the dates specified for that prize.
How To Enter:
To enter the sweepstakes, sign up for the GW Group mailing list at www.gwsecureparking.com/join-us. Limit one entry per person/email address during the sweepstakes period.
Prizes:
The prize may include concert tickets, official merchandise, gift cards, free parking passes, local art, and more. Tangible prizes will be sent to the winner within 5 days of claiming their prize. Non-tangible prizes will be delivered by email within 24 hours of claiming. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted, except at the sole discretion of GW Secure Parking.
Winner Selection:
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The odds of winning depend on the number of participants in the GW Group.
Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the drawing. The winner must claim their prize within 3 days of notification. If the winner does not claim their prize within 3 days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions:
By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of GW Secure Parking, which shall be final and binding in all respects. GW Secure Parking reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the entrant has tampered with the entry process, submitted more than one entry, or violated these official rules.
Lost Items
GW Secure Parking is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical problems or malfunctions involving telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware, software, network connections, or computer transmissions. GW Secure Parking reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes at any time if it determines that the sweepstakes cannot run as planned. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes violates criminal and civil laws. GW Secure Parking reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from anyone making such an attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Release and Limitations of Liability
By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless GW Secure Parking, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, from all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind related to the sweepstakes or any prize won. This includes injuries, losses, or damages related to: (i) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; (ii) technical failures, such as malfunctions of computers, cables, networks, hardware, software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) unavailable or inaccessible transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process or sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human errors in the administration of the sweepstakes or processing of entries; and (vi) injuries or damage to persons or property, including entrants’ computers, hardware, or software, resulting from participation in the sweepstakes.
Disputes
This sweepstakes is governed by Washington State laws, excluding its conflict of law principles. All disputes, claims, and causes of action related to this sweepstakes or any prize must be resolved individually, without class action. Any litigation shall occur exclusively in federal or state courts in Grant County, Washington. Entrants consent to these courts’ jurisdiction and venue, waiving any defenses of lack of jurisdiction or inconvenient forum.

Any personal information collected from entrants in connection with the sweepstakes will be used solely for the purpose of administering the sweepstakes and will be subject to GW Secure Parking’s privacy policy, available at https://gwsecureparking.com/policies/privacy-and-cookie-policy/
Winners List
To receive the name of the winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: GW Secure Parking Sweepstakes, PO Box 2089 Quincy, WA 98848. Requests must be received no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the sweepstakes period.
