GW Secure Parking Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
- Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Washington State who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Radiance Development LLC DBA GW Secure Parking and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes. Void where prohibited.
- Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes period will depend on the specific prize being offered. Each sweepstakes will begin and end on the dates specified for that prize.
- How to Enter: To enter the sweepstakes, sign up for the GW Group mailing list at www.gwsecureparking.com/join-us. Limit one entry per person/email address during the sweepstakes period.
- Prizes: The prize can be anything from concert tickets, official merchandise, gift cards, free parking passes, local art, and so much more. If the prize is a tangible item, it will be sent out to the winner within 5 days of the winner claiming their prize. If the prize is not a tangible item, it will be delivered by e-mail within 24 hours of the winner claiming their prize. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted, except by GW Secure Parking in its sole discretion.
- Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The odds of winning depend on the number of participants in the GW Group.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the drawing. The winner must claim their prize within 3 days of notification. If the winner does not claim their prize within 3 days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
- General Conditions: By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of GW Secure Parking, which shall be final and binding in all respects. GW Secure Parking reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the entrant has tampered with the entry process, submitted more than one entry, or violated these official rules. GW Secure Parking is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical problems or malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, or providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. GW Secure Parking reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the sweepstakes cannot be run as originally planned. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, GW Secure Parking reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
