Mi Lindo Guanajuato is a hidden gem that deserves a spotlight for its exceptional food, wonderful atmosphere, and outstanding service. One of the highlights of this restaurant is its awesome full bar that offers a great selection of drinks. During my visit, I had a delicious drink called the “Paloma” made of tequila, lime juice, and a spicy rim that was absolutely incredible. In addition to the delicious drinks, the restaurant has a clean and inviting atmosphere with well-laid tables that make for the perfect dining experience.
Authentic and Delicious!
The food is also a huge standout, with a wide range of authentic Mexican dishes on the menu that are sure to tantalize your taste buds. One of the most impressive features of Mi Lindo Guanajuato is the amazing service provided by the owner and staff. The owner himself walked up to our table while we were eating and asked us if we wanted more of our dishes. Who does that? That was such a kind gesture and a first for me.
